Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure all items are clean, free of horse hair or dirt, and include all original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
